The Big Fat Espresso Blend was developed by request from The Chocolate Moose Restaurant in Ely, MN. They are confident that it is the finest Espresso available today! We have many loyal customers who also use it as a regular brew, using just a rounded teaspoon per cup brewed. The Big Fat Espresso is a Well Balanced Dark Roasted Blend of Indonesian and Central American Coffees roasted to a Dark Italian Roast. It is a very Smooth Blend with an Intense , Syrupy Smokey Flavor. Like all my Blends it has Light Acidity and is Stomach Friendly.
