Harvard researchers say Coffee can be good for you!

Recent News Harvard reseachers have anaylzed data on 126,000 people for as long as 18 years. Their studies show that people, who drink one to three cups of caffeinated coffee daily, can reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes by single digits. BUT, having six cups or more each day slashed men's risk of type 2 diabetes by 54% and women's by 30% over non-coffee drinkers. SO- the Harvard study says; People who drink a lot of coffee don't have to feel "guilty" as long as coffee does not affect their daily life. There consumption may actually benefit them in the long-run.
